IDOLiSH7's appearance at "SUMMER IDOL FESTA in TOKYO COMMEMORATIVE PARK" has been decided!
【NAGI】： My most sincere congratulations, Tsumugi.

【NAGI】： By the by, what sort of event is that?
【TSUMUGI】： It's a festival aimed towards young idol groups!
【TSUMUGI】： In order to rouse up the idol industry, male idol groups, as well as female idol groups, will perform daily lives!
【NAGI】： It is a wonderful event with a great deal of significance.
Incidentally, on which day is it?
【TSUMUGI】： When you think of Japan, it just so happens to be right around Obon!
【NAGI】： I'm terribly sorry, but I am unable to participate.

【NAGI】： On that same day is the largest anime event in Japan.
I must participate in that event, and obtain a limited edition Cocona body pillow.

I hear that the event hall is incredibly hot, so as long as I am able to obtain that which I want, there is no point in me going to the hall.

2. regarding the title, obon is a fairly well-known japanese festival that takes place in july/august! which is probably The Closest i7 has ever come to giving us a concrete sense of when i7 was first formed, were it not for the fact that according to wikipedia the date for obon changes depending on where you are/how you celebrate/etc (from what most of what I've seen tho usually august 15 is the most common one?)
also, summer comiket usually takes place in mid august, and I'm pretty sure comiket is the event nagi is referring to as being a conflict in this chat!
also also the bon festival is somewhat tied to spirits of the dead & I haven't read riku's outdoor fes chats yet (don't look at me) but if That doesn't get referenced then I'll
'that' (アノ) was written in katakana in the title, so I put it in scare quotes for a similar meaning!

4. the outdoor fes chats all focus on this idea of idolish7 going to summer festa, btw! similar to how the indoor fes chats all focused on them going to starcamp.
