【TSUMUGI】： There's a delicious soba shop near us, so we're planning on eating their soba over New Year's!

I'd like to go, but on that day in particular, we don't know what sort of result it'll be, so... I wonder if everyone will have the energy to go out....

If it seems like his physical condition is alright, take him out for one.

2. the x's and o's are probably referring to hanetsuki so I can't believe 1. that ten is like "yeah this happens every year" when trg has been together for, maybe 2 years? 2. this year ryuu skipped out so he could get drunk
3. Pretend That Second Person Plural Pronouns Are Implied throughout this chat, ten opens with "how will you [group of people]" and tsumugi says "please make sure that you kujou-san [and group of people] don't get sick"
4. kujou ten did not say 'take care' but he did say 過ごす and "keep warm and stay alive" just sounds like he's preparing for the apocalypse so here we are
5. osechi is traditional jpn new year's cooking but kujou "I Love 和食" Ten doesn't like it apparently
6. in the first dialogue path ten mentions 厄除け which is apparently? warding off evil? which is not very helpful so I tried to look it up and I got that it's apparently something that gets done in unlucky years which has me wondering what it is about this year that makes ten think it's unlucky?? I'm on the japanese wikipedia page which means I understand maybe 0.01% of what I'm reading but it looks like?? unlucky years are based off of age?? and 24 is apparently the year before an unlucky one and ryuu should be, like, somewhere around that age I don't actually know how old ryuu is
so then I tried looking it up in english and oh my god does japan do the counting a year for conception age-wise thing too, which would, maybe? I DON'T KNOW, IF THEIR BIRTHDAYS ARE ALREADY BEING COUNTED AS +1 OR NOT, BUT POTENTIALLY PUT RYUU CLOSER TO THE DANGER AGE OF 25, IDK,
by the end of googling yakuyoke I have no idea what is going on so I just translated it as 'something to wash away evil' and called it a day
