I've received a questionnaire from the production staff, so could I possibly have you tell me about your memories of your school life, Riku-san?
【RIKU】： Gotcha!
【RIKU】： There were a lot of cases where I'd have to sit out during gym, but I took all of my other classes normally, and played with my friends after school.
I really liked music class.
【TSUMUGI】： Did you participate in any clubs?
【RIKU】： My parents would worry, so I wasn't in any club, but when I was in high school, I'd go with the volunteer club to visit homes for the elderly, where we'd sing songs and play games with them.

【RIKU】： That's true. I was blessed with friends.
【RIKU】： They'd bring me the notes when I had to stay home from school, and when I couldn't go on school trips, they'd bring back souvenirs for me.

I get told that I have to make sure I absolutely don't push myself too hard a lot, though!

We did a flashmob as a class.
【RIKU】： It was like a short song and a mini play, and we'd burst out singing from a variety of places, and at the end we all gathered at the school gates.
The guests really enjoyed it and so it was super fun.

Since I'm the same age as you, Riku-san, if we'd attended the same school, we would have been in the same year.

1. the word for 'games' riku uses is 手遊び, which can mean anything from "passing the time" to "an activity that uses hand gestures" to "gambling", so my guess is that riku meant something between passing the time and an activity that uses hand gestures (i.e., playing bingo), but
please take a moment to imagine riku nanase playing poker with a bunch of grandmas and grandpas
2. riku: "my friends are cheering for me even now!"
also riku: "my friends thought I was totally getting scammed when I got scouted"
3. p sure the female friend riku is referencing is the one who wrote him the letter and then was like "you never know mayBE IT'S FROM SOMEONE WHO'S *cough* STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF U" just because Riku Is Dense And That's A Thing, so idk whether to feel sorry or not for this situation
4. at the end of the chat, tsumugi says "いえいえ！ 滅相もない", whereas riku says "いやいや！ 滅相もないよ", so I tried to make their english responses slightly mirror each other to reflect that similarity!
5. concours is a french word for competition but riku literally says コンクール instead of any other word 4 competition so I left it as concours in english!
6. I can't believe riku puppy dog eyesing his classmates got them to fall in line. I'm pretty sure anyone else being like "no fighting!! I want to have a Good School Memory" would not have gotten the same results as nanase "saying no to me is like kicking a puppy and then leaving him out in the rain" riku
7. how come my animes never show flashmobs at school festivals, this is the content I would want to see
8. my i7a riku card has been through so much. for the longest time he was just an SR half-running across my beat team, and then I finally awakened him but he was Super Weak and very quickly got booted by my odd abundance of yamato cards (also gakuen iori) (my beat team used 2 b in such a sorry state) (it's still in a sorry state), and then even after they adjusted i7a riku's stats so they weren't So Abysmal he still wasn't strong enough to make it onto my team so I had a lvl 26 i7a riku just. sitting in my box. for over half a year. and now he's finally level 55 *wipes a single tear from my eye*
it'd be nice if I could finish the i7a set before i7p ruins everything but *looks at my mitsuki & nagi cards* *looks at the odd empty pocket where my mitsuki & nagi cards should be* Um
