It was ridiculously passionate karaoke!!

【MITSUKI】： The crowd went super wild, huh! It was the best!
The stage was so wide it felt like I could keep running forever, too!

It was the first time we'd gone to karaoke with everyone, but it went very well!

3. mitsuki mentions how he gets food shoved in his mouth when he's drunk (bc he talks a lot) in his halloween chapters, too! my guess is that it was a potato.... fry.....? hoPEFULLY THEY didn't just have whole potatoes sitting around the karaoke room, I would hope, that was not the case,
mostly I'm just wondering how often potatoes will be used to threaten or otherwise silence other characters in this story because first there's [sougo voice] Hold the potato and now there's this??? are takanashi productions actually sponsored by a potato farm
is that why they eat so much curry
4. why are you translating 懐メロ as "classic oldie"
because, well, a classic oldie for the classic old(ie) man
5. the word for "passionate" that tsumugi uses is 熱い, which can also mean Literally Hot, Like A Fever, so nice play on words there tsumugi

6. ok, I have 99 problems with the third dialogue path and 98 of them are the fact that mitsuki is enabling yamato "onii-san" nikaidou
the other one is that mitsuki says that yamato is むっつり (I translated it as "uncommunicative"), which by itself means like sullen or brooding, but it's also a shortening of a phrase that means "lecher who doesn't seem it and doesn't talk about it", which...... IS KINDA GRODY but also fits better with how mitsuki was saying yamato wanted to sing a duet w/ tsumugi (which is hilarious) (mitsuki izumi singlehandedly crushes yamato nikaidou's face)
7. nagi can ask to go on a date with tsumugi or be like "let's share a passionate embrace" and I am Ok.jpg but mitsuki izumi says "let's sing a song together" and I am like wtf this tiny man is stealing my heart
I'm so weak?
8. I haven't unlocked all of the indoor fest 5th karaoke afterparty chapters yet but I think it's interesting because for the most part it feels like the writers are picking the three characters the center character is closest to for the three dialogue paths? SOME OF the choices are a little strange in that light (so far nobody out of 235 has had riku?? I still don't know what riku nanase sang at karaoke?? pls nobody tell me tho I don't want it spoiled LOL), but I guess it's kinda interesting when you think about it from how most of these indoor fest chats were written pre-game release iirc? so like, yamato having mitsuki/sougo/tamaki, or riku having iori/sougo/yamato (in both of those cases the? first two make sense to me but the third one is like wait rly) makes me kinda wonder if those were the dynamics the writers wanted to press
which also makes sense because now that I think about it, the halloween chats (which I also suspect were written pre-game release) for riku emphasize the riku/yamato dynamic, and tamaki and yamato's chats both touch on the tamaki/yamato dynamic? IDK THESE ARE BOTH pairs that I don't see much of in later chats or in fanworks compared to other groupings so it's interesting to think about
mitsuki's set being nagi/iori/yamato makes complete sense tho
