anyways it's okinawan in origin and awamori based (which seems to be ryuu's Alcoholic Beverage Of Choice speaking from prior rabbit chats!), THE PROCESS IS KINDA GROSS IF YOU ASK ME So if you're weak of stomach when it comes to that sort of thing, I don't recommend looking it up!
habu snakes (the snakes u put in the alcohol) are known for having Really Good Stamina and so it's kind of a superstition to think that by drinking the alcohol, it will also provide you with Really Good Stamina
among other things!
5. if you google habushu it should be pretty obvious why gaku's wrapped it up with a towel & why ryuu says it resembles him, but again FOR the sake of people who are weak to this sort of thing (i.e. MYSElf, I have suffered for the sake of this rabbit chat,) I'M going to avoid going into too many details!!

the other actress' name is "竹下瑛子"; I'm pretty sure 竹下 is takeshita unless someone is playing a very cruel trick on me, but I tried googling 瑛子 and got a bunch of ambiguous results (I don't remember her being mentioned anywhere in the story.........) so I went with eiko because that seemed the most logical! the next most feasible reading imo would probably be "youko"? she's probably a female actress (either that or he just hasn't worked w/ her before) because ryuu puts a -san on her name
all I know is that I laugh whenever I see 如月あると because I think of ten and his frickin alto clef
