Mitsuki's already gotten back, and we've completed the preparations for the hotpot party!

My room's turned into an incredible thing.......
【NAGI】： I have also dressed up.
I am looking forward to your dress, Tsumugi.
【MITSUKI】： Why's a simple hotpot party suddenly such a grandiose thing.......

So I borrowed a butler's uniform from one of Nagi's acquaintances who helped us with the decorating—.
【MITSUKI】： Riku, you seriously look like Nagi's servant. For now I've put back on my store uniform that I took off.
This is my first time eating hotpot at a buffet.
【NAGI】： This is the ultimate party. If only there had been a dance floor, it would have been all the better.

2. I mentioned this in riku's third chapter, but once again the chronology for the nagimitsuriku day off chats goes nagi 4/5 -> mitsuki 4/5 -> riku 4/5!
3. I meant to comment on this during mitsuki's chats but isn't nabe probably one of the worst things you could possibly be eating while dressed up. like right after spaghetti on the "if it spills goodbye" list
4. I DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS WORSE THE FACT THAT NANASE RIKU IS DRESSED AS A BUTLER OR THE FACT THAT NAGI HAS ACQUAINTANCES WHO CARRY AROUND BUTLER UNIFORmrs
5. riku says it's not a ドッキリ (which is also what he used to refer to him and nagi sneaking into fonte chocolat w/o mitsuki realising) which literally means 'surprise' but generally it connotates to the idea of setting up a candid camera so you can submit something to japan's funniest home videos
so in this case what we have here is iori and tamaki have returned home from school to find that nagi is dressed like a prince, riku is dressed like a butler, and mitsuki is wearing his work uniform, along with how they've completely redecorated mitsuki's room, so tamaki stops drops and rofls, whilst iori slowly oscillates around the room looking for the hidden camera

6. my favorite thing is that nagi is like "I wish there was a dance floor" and riku's like "well right now we have a dancer (tamaki) rolling around on the floor if that counts?"
7. the project planning mitsuki is referring to has to do w/ variety shows! mitsuki is the one who's generally the most involved in variety out of the seven.
8. riku's "^" was a "それです。" in japanese which lit. translates as "that's it" or something along those lines; in this case he's cutting himself off before whatever the heck it is he was gonna say about tsumugi (war flashbacks to his fifth halloween chapter), and agreeing with mitsuki, but I thought writing "That's it." made it look too ambiguous, and putting the carat made me laugh, so here we are
9. this chat is such a mess and I can't believe that when banri isn't running the official twitter he's doing tsumugi's hair
important questions, do you think he practices on his own hair, I mean, it's so frickin long,
10. 悔しい is so difficult for me to translate because whenever I see it I think of like the action of gritting your teeth and/or clenching your fist whilst hissing 'kuyashii' but how do you make that into a proper verb?
11. if iori and tamaki are home at the end of this chat do you think riku said "traitor!" in the rabbit chat but then thought he should say it once again out loud to iori just in case?
12. riku says that iori had 0 戦力 which is lit. 'war potential' or 'battle power' and I'm just like riku, it's, it's ping pong,

I meant to comment on this during mitsuki's chats but I think the day off chats are interesting in how they incorporate multiple characters (so the nagi/mitsuki/riku chats stand out for having four characters), but manage to make it clear which character's card it is while still maintaining a balance to the conversation?
I mean more often than not the way they make the distinction clear is by which character responds in the dialogue paths, but it's still interesting! also infinitely more relaxing than the [coughs blood] cd tokuten chats
