【RIKU】： When I think about it like this, you're right. . .
【TSUMUGI】： Riku-san, I'm sorry to bother you while you're resting!
【TSUMUGI】： There are plans to carry out a maintenance at the dorms, but, is there anything regarding your room that's been concerning you?
【RIKU】： A maintenance on our rooms, huh!
【RIKU】： I had Tamaki do a back handspring in my room, but Tamaki's foot collided with it, so the door doesn't fit very well anymore.

【TSUMUGI】： Riku-san, were you alright!?
【RIKU】： He was all teary-eyed but I pat his head so it was alright!
【RIKU】： Other than that, I was thinking I'd try to weight train, but I dropped the dumbbells I borrowed from Sogo-san on the floor, and it's left a dent. . .
【TSUMUGI】： So Sogo-san weight trains, then!
【RIKU】： Ah..., I was told to keep it a secret!

【RIKU】： Other than that, when I was trying to hang a wall-mounted clock together with Iori, Iori was saying "walls have thicker and thinner parts to them" or something else that was completely incomprehensible, and when I went to drive the hook in based on a hunch, the wall got ripped, so there's that?

If there isn't a board behind the wall, it won't be able to support anything!

We got into a fight after that, so I guess I did something awful to Iori....
【RIKU】： Other than that, when I had Yamato-san act out Nemesis, my way of dying was bad and so a bit of a hole opened up in the ceiling, so there's that?

After we moved, I was living in a multi-unit apartment.
【RIKU】： I made a lot of friends and so it was fun! There'd be circulatory notices and things and so you'd go around to the homes nearby to deliver them!
Mom always made sure my room was sparkling, too—.
【RIKU】： This is my first time living with someone who's not family, so I'm having a lot of fun!
At the same time, It'd be nice if I couldn't cause problems for everyone, though.......

2. DON'T DO BACKFLIPS INDOORS AND WITHOUT A MAT???? I'M SO SCAred for tamaki yotsuba but also marginally amused at how tsumugi's #1 concern was if riku was ok LOL
3. ok I'm not 100% sure who was teary-eyed after tamaki did a backward somersault into the door, but I'm pretty sure riku says that he's the one who did the head-patting so I'm guessing it was tamaki
when tsumugi asks if he's ok I'm almost certain she's asking if riku's ok but when you ask if someone or something is daijoubu in jpn you don't rly specify the intended direct object! so all she does is ask if [something was] OK, which is I think why riku interprets it more as General Circumstances Being Alright
4. setting aside the fact that not only does sougo ousaka weight train but he weight trains In Secret, how did riku wind up borrowing dumbbells from sougo if it was a secret. why did sougo think that riku would be the ideal person to keep a secret I mean nanase riku no ill will but this child loves to talk about his friends
does this mean that riku was trying to think of who he could borrow weights from and decided Yes I Will Ask Dorm Mother Sougo-san First, or that sougo told riku about his secret weight training of his own volition first, or.....?? these are clearly the things that are worthwhile to wonder about.
I'm just laughing because when you think about their original costumes 70% of them are like hELLO BICEps (yamato, tamaki, riku, nagi and then mitsuki to a lesser extent)
meanwhile you have longsleeved iori and sougo. secret arms. secret biceps.
5. riku quotes iori as saying "壁には厚いところと薄いところがあるがある" and I am pretty sure the second がある is a typo so I left it out because I thought it'd be strange for riku to say that iori said "walls have walls have deeper and thinner parts to them"

7. riku is cataloguing his list of damages by ending each one with "くらい？", which basically means 'only to the extent of' — I've been translating it as 'so there's that?', but basically riku's kind of playing down his extensive list of damages LOL

9. I can't believe riku bases his identity off of Things Ten-nii Called Me, but also to be fair I don't think he would have had a chance to be clumsy bc as far as I can tell the nanase family kept riku in a hamster ball

First of all the middle school chronology divide strikes again for nanase riku (ten left the family right before they would've started middle school), second of all the reason riku mentions a separate house (like how mitsuki did) is because the nanase family also ran a family business! that, uh, got shut down, iirc,
