4. iori talks about how he couldn't make eye contact w/ riku over dinner in his chat too so if you haven't read iori's unit chats I recommend doing so for the parallels! it's been a Long Time since I translated them bc *wipes a tear* fly away iori was my very first SSR that I scouted
5. riku please stop trying to solve your problems with food. please stop trying to bribe iori with extra servings. it's very endearing but it's also marginally terrifying
6. I can't believe riku is referring to his outburst of "if mitsuki was that much better then why didn't you just come with mitsuki you brocon!!" as him playing the devil's advocate. nanase riku's SAT vocab strikes again

9. riku uses the phrase '水に流す' meaning 'to forgive and forget' but I can't stop laughing because in the context it makes me think that he's trying to make it seem like the bathwater washed away the fight
did I mention there are so many things wrong with this chat
10. riku says "いい子" to iori!tsumugi which is lit. translated as 'good kid' but there are SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THSI CHAT so I translated it as good boy instead
11. riku's "O" was actually an "あっ" (/"ah") in japanese but writing a capital O always makes me laugh without fail so here we are
12. I would say that "eeeeeeek" is a very appropriate transliteration for "hiiiiiiii" if I do say so myself
13. I'm pretty accustomed to flipping the player name to tsumugi when other characters use it but seeing tsumugi not refer to herself as tsumugi on my screen was a real trip
14. me reading dialogue path #2 more like do you know what's Really making the manager (me) worry
hint: it's all of the things that are wrong with this chat
15. it would be ten times faster for me to catalogue all of the things I Don't find objectionable about this chat but here I go

b.) RIKU TAKING TEN MILLION YEARS TO CHECK THE PICTURE OR THE NAMe
c.) riku not only attempting to bribe his way back into iori's heart via feeding him, but openly admitting that he was doing so
d.) actually this is more something that makes me sad but riku's driving consistent point is "are you still mad iori" "are you not mad anymore" "does this mean you're still mad"
e.) riku apparently thinking that iori is speaking in the third person in the third dialogue path
f.) riku apPARENTLY THINKING THAT IORI BOILED HIS BRAINS IN THE BATH INTO THINKING HE WAS TSUMUGI?? ?? ?? ?????
g.) I was going to say that riku nanase is attempting to give yamato nikaidou a run for his money on "#1 person who treats iori izumi like a kid" but then I remembered that iori himself has said that the ranking goes nanase-san ＞ nikaidou-san as far as which members treat him the most like a kid
