There are plans to carry out a maintenance at the dorms, but, is there anything that's been concerning you?
【SOGO】： I just have to find any defects? Wait here a bit.

I made it into a list in the file I just sent you.
【SOGO】： I've categorised it based on defect-level and separated by room, so please make use of it as a reference.
【SOGO】： Incidentally, I've checked the shared living spaces and my room, but the other members' rooms haven't been confirmed yet, so be sure to ask them individually, too.

1. I threw my phone across the room when I first saw this chat title on the episode list and I threw my phone across the room again when I was reading it and now I get to throw my phone back across the hallway while translating it. Can't wait
2. the strangest thing about the day off chats to me is the fact that they all feature tsumugi mentioning the dorm maintenance and asking each character about their previous living situation/if there's anything they want changed, etc., but they're all off.... on different days......? but tsumugi is asking sougo to..... pick up the information...... on this day specifically......??? chronology hurts my head

4. first of all I can't believe that sougo used to have a walk-in closet (or something like that) and now his room -is- the walk-in closet (for nagi)
second of all he says he has a ウォーキングクローゼット (lit. 'walking closet') and I'm not sure whether that's meant to be a walk in closet or a closet that can literally walk, so I've translated it as 'standalone closet' for now.....
5. I Cannot Believe sougo ousaka was the eponymous man sleeping under newspaper on a park bench
mezzo'' more like home of the kids with awful home life
6. moment of truth do I have tsumugi call her dad 'Dad' or 'Father'
she calls him otou-san and since normally I translate 父 as 'father' I figured I'd write dad to mix things up a bit
7. I almost choked typing the title out so I could crosspost this to twitter so I guess I might have to throw my laptop down the hall too

9. I am about 75% certain this man is pulling tsumugi's leg and 格好つけてるing his slimy little heart out but either way I am *pudding stamp lighting itself on fire*
10. him referencing tsumugi saying that it's ok for him to speak selfishly is either referencing his unit chats, or his early summer memories chats! either way it's pretty well-established that tsumugi encourages sougo to act selfish a lot!
11. on a character-related note sougo does have like? a kind of morbid personality? so I guess my saying that I'd never seen a self-deprecating streak in the previous was more my not realising it because sougo can kind of be a pessimist? he tends to assume the worst and so I guess it's kinda natural that he'd apply that to himself and his own behavior, too...
12. me, dying, lighting myself on fire: please just end the chat

13. I'm not sure if tsumugi's dad really didn't invite sougo to stay @ the takanashi residence because he was concerned for tsumugi but I do know that takanashi sr. is pretty canonly an overprotective dad and I make jokes about it all the time, so,
14. sometimes I wonder where sougo got his clean streak from because? if anything I would have thought he might have had a cleaning service (bc rich boy), so for him to have the habit of wanting to keep things neat and orderly on his own is a bit incongruous w/ that..... maybe it's less a rich boy thing and more a rigid upbringing sign?
still, vacuuming once a day can't be good for your carpet.........
