My stomach felt like it'd clamp up from the feelings of guilt.......

I was pressed down by his intensity, and I couldn't do anything but apologize earnestly.

1. yamato is once again using おかげさまで to respond when tsumugi asks if he slept well and once again he does not Literally Mean thanks to you; in this case he's being oddly polite to her if anything!
2. the entire first exchange between yamato and tsumugi is me struggling to piece together the meaning and probably not doing a very good job of it, but basically the general impression I got is that yamato was complaining about tsumugi specifically asking if he slept well -last night- (because of the kenka fiasco) and trying to say like, he's an adult, he can take care of himself, and then tsumugi is responding by saying that the one who brought up the conversation is yamato, which makes him childish??? dang tsumugi dial it back a bit
IT'S ALSO POSSIBLE that 振るう is being used w/ the meaning for 'to turn down s/t' and in this case yamato's specifically referring to how he kinda stood tsumugi up on the Yamato Nikaidou Pillow Talk (from his third chat), in which case the exchange would read something like this:
【YAMATO】： Aren't I an adult—
【TSUMUGI】： What do you mean?
【YAMATO】： I thought I wouldn't stand you up on the conversation from last night
【TSUMUGI】： Since you stood me up, Yamato-san, you're a child.
which is still like dang tsumugi reel it in a bit
I'm not sure which translation is more accurate since in her next line tsumugi says she won't tease him every time (so whether she means every time there's a Thing From Last Night or whether she means every time yamato nikaidou falls asleep on her), but I went with the one shown in my actual translation because I thought it was strange that neither of them touched on what yamato was going to say if the intended meaning was the second one!
3. hitsumabushi is something with eel so I see that mitsuki is bringing out the seafood big guns since yamato-san is paying
4. I have 5,000+ tokens but I'm out of event point supports please remember me the way I was with like 20 hours left on the event
5. since I'm really bad with subject verb agreement in japanese I'm not 100% sure on whether yamato is saying he and nagi were together pulled out by mitsuki, or whether he was pulled out by mitsuki who was together with nagi. I.... I think it's the first one, ...... but mostly only because mitsuki was like "I'm on my way to get us a free meal" so I can visualise him dragging nagi along for the free meal ride too.......?
6. yamato says that he めちゃめちゃ apologized but saying "I absurdly apologized" or "I ridiculously apologized" or "I got down on my hands and knees and bowed my head and apologized excessively" just looks odd so I simplified it to 'a ton', but yamato's stipulating that the extent to which he apologized was A Real Mess
7. I'm guessing that 取りなして is a way of shortening 取り直して and rolling w/ it
8. nagi rokuya puts the tsun in tsundere because tsumugi literally asks if nagi was acting tsun to yamato LOL
9. my favorite thing about this entire fight is the fact that mitsuki is like "yeah! I gave yamato-san a 説教" (lit. "sermon" but usually I translate it as lecture) whereas yamato is like "mitsuki was soooooooooo pissed oh my godddddddd"
I mean I don't doubt that mitsuki was angry I'm just highly enamored by how yamato and mitsuki walked away from the same instance with completely differing 感想s..... one of them is like Nbd about it and the other one is like No, that was a Big Deal
