【TSUMUGI】： Thank you for all of your hard work, Riku-san! Where are you currently?
【RIKU】： Thanks for all of your hard work!
Right now, I've come to iori and Tamaki's school.
【RIKU】： After this, there's the dance practice for our unit song, right?
I had time, so I was thinking I'd visit out of the blue and make it a surprise!
【RIKU】： Now, I'm waiting to ambush him by the school gates.
【TSUMUGI】： Is that so!
Iori-san, I'm certain, will be very surprised!
【TSUMUGI】： Have you not been spotted by anyone yet?
【RIKU】： I think I'm fine!
Tamaki spotted me but I asked him to keep it a secret.
【RIKU】： It's a good thing I brought King's Pudding as a gift.
I met Iori's classmates, and Iori's teachers, too!
【TSUMUGI】： Wouldn't that mean that you've been caught......?
【RIKU】： I asked them to keep it a secret so I think it'll be okay!
【TSUMUGI】： By the way, Riku-san, it's hot outside so what if you moved into the shade?
【RIKU】： That's right, it's hot today!
But, if I went into the shade I'd get separated from the school gates, though—.
【RIKU】： Huh? How'd you know I was standing in the sunlight?
【RIKU】： Ah! Iori's coming!
I'm gonna hide in the school gate's shadow, and try to startle him like wah!
【RIKU】： Once I succeed, I'll report back!
【TSUMUGI】： Riku-san, regardless of what happens, please get along, and don't get into a fight!
【RIKU】： It's okay! I'll send you a picture of Iori turning coward!
【TSUMUGI】： What did you talk about with his teachers?
【RIKU】： I paid my respects and thanked them for always looking after Iori.
They were praising Iori and saying he was an honours student.
【RIKU】： I got asked what Iori-kun was like normally,
And when I answered he talks rudely and he's precocious, they were surprised.
【TSUMUGI】： By the way, Riku-san, it's hot outside so what if you moved into the shade?
【RIKU】： That's right, it's hot today!
But, if I went into the shade I'd get separated from the school gates, though—.

2. it has been a Long Time since I last translated a riku solo chat apparently!
3. it has also been a Long Time since I addressed iori's unit chats, but as per unit chat standards the stories do overlap so this chat does cross over with iori's chapter 2!
4. the translation for this chat is fairly straight forward for the most part but some of the details probably make more sense when you overlap it with iori's chat? i.e., the reason tsumugi knows riku's standing in the sunlight is because iori was like "he's standing in the sunlight like a dying heatsick dog", and the reason tsumugi's like "don't get into a fight" is because iori caught onto riku's arrival and so he's trying to startle him as well
5. I can't believe they both end their chats with "I'LL SEND YOU A PICTURE OF THE REALLY RIDICULOUS FACE THEY MAKE!!"
6. idk which is worse the fact that riku was like "it's ok, I gave tamaki pudding so I think he'll keep it a secret!" or the fact that tamaki actually did keep it a secret (iori mentions that tamaki was like "isn't that weird redhead probably someone not-rikkun")
7. riku says お世話になる re: iori when he talks to his teachers and it looks kinda strange when I translate it into english, but basically riku's saying "iori's always indebted to you and by extension so am I so thank you for looking after him", or something like that
8. honestly take a shot every time riku references iori being a crybaby
