2. nine exclamation marks, thirteen —s....... you'd think I'd be better at eyeballing these things by now
3. tsumugi says "一心地つく" and I have No Idea how or where to break that down so I took a random guess at the meaning based on the context (I think it might be a ー instead of an 一??? but I don't really have a good frame of reference to compare font lengths); I split it up as 一/心地/つく
if it's a — rather than a 1 then it could be that tsumugi takanashi is catching herself after slipping into her habit of Wanting To See Sougo Ousaka Embarrass himself

4. Please save tamaki yotsuba from drunk sougo
(the reason sougo thinks tamaki's playing a game is because he's using his phone to talk to tsumugi, hence why previously in the chat he gets cut off and says 'sorry my phone got taken away'
so basically what I'm gathering from this is that sougo had to resort to Desperate Measures (biting a phone...) to get tamaki to stop playing his game)
5. fyi when tamaki says sougo thought he was playing a game he's implying that sougo Thought Wrongly (勘違い)
6. uncertain if the one tamaki is putting to sleep is his phone or sougo
7. ETA: I FIXed the japanese that I forgot to translate but the reason I forgot to translate it is bc I have No Idea what tamaki is trying to say by "安くしてくれるんだってじゃね"
