3. honestly as strange and silly as takanashi papa is, he..... takes his employing pretty seriously....... seeing as the main staff he has is 1. His Literal Daughter and 2. banri w/ his 命の恩人 relationship.... they talk about takanashi offices being a really small business but I kind of wonder if that's not by design on takanashi sr.'s part
4. I checked tamaki's unit chats and he refers to (who I'm pretty sure is this producer in question) as an 親父 so I'm pretty sure producer-san is male!

btw when sougo says 'partner' (相方), he's referring to tamaki, I'm pretty sure!
6. sougo's description of the studio state of affairs is kind of a mess (振る has way too many meanings) but the general implication I get is that tamaki's good at coming up w/ responses on the spot, so even if a veteran performer tries to catch him off guard or something he'll talk back instantly, but if that goes on for too long then tamaki will phone a friend and call on sougo for help (the literal word sougo uses to describe tamaki's is '逃げる' (lit. "run away"), so), and apparently the mezzo manzai duo is a Big Hit
I'm sure it does wonders for the MEZZO''仲良し！ image but the thought of tamaki hiding behind sougo when the talk portion of a show goes 2hard4him is really endearing ok........

8. when sougo talks about business politics (接待) fun fact one of the hits that popped up was 'wining and dining' and Goodness Gracious but moreso, the basic implication is that sougo is saying he's good at corporate manners and making nice w/ bigwigs. which.... makes sense..... given his upbringing.......
basically he's saying he's going to turn on the rich boy manners to get the producer-san to want to 協力 with finding aya

10. sougo says that he and tamaki are called でこぼこアイドル and apparently a でこぼこコンビ is "an odd/incongruous pair", so I'm assuming that sougo just switched out コンビ for アイドル w/ the same meaning intended!
