2. re: the chapter title (yes I know delicateness looks funky) — in this case I think delicateness is meant to refer to sensitivity/fragility as in delicate as in easily breakable!
3. carryover note from the last chapter but tsumugi continues to 大好きzone nagi's 愛
4. it is chapters like this where I feel like the fact that nagi didn't really have any close friends or peers growing up kind of shows through? like if you think about it his reactions are very much "I don't know how to react when a friend says a mean thing to me" and setting aside the question of what it was yamato said to him, nagi's reaction in this case is definitely more on the juvenile end of the spectrum (but to be fair, he's nineteen, so)
I'm not trying to say that he's being juvenile like he's immature or something, but idk I think nagi's naivete in this chapter is very telling of how socially isolated he was, growing up? like, getting into a fight with a friend and having them get angry at him is something he's just not prepared to cope with
5. tsumugi is basically saying that yamato dislikes being asked about anything that relates to 'stuff that happened long ago'!
6. I know I should be feeling sorrowful as I translate this chat to appropriately convey the mood but I'm also laughing over nagi comparing his experience w/ Drunk Yamato™ to a wolf and rabbit drama
nagi compares himself to animals a lot too I still have to get to the chat where he literally says Think of me as a penguin and treat me with care
7. with each passing day I become more and more certain that mitsuki is the only character who's really got it together but then he says things like "you'll understand when you're an adult" to the nineteen year old and I'm reminded of why he's my problematic fave
8. on all of tsumugi's dialogue paths she ends the sentence w/ よ (and no punctuation), I think I've talked about よ but it's basically used when you're trying to be persuasive (in a nutshell), so in this case tsumugi is definitely trying to appeal to nagi and her Mother Hen Nature Strikes again
9. at first when I saw "野" I thought nagi rokuya was about to call yamato a 野郎 but luckily(?) it was just 野蛮
