SOGO OSAKA / I7 ACADEMY : PART 5
Dec. 2nd, 2015 07:31 am【TSUMUGI】: Sogo-san, at school as well, I'd imagine you were the person everyone admired.
【TSUMUGI】: Sogo-san, thank you for all of your hard work on the filming!
I've received a questionnaire from the production staff, so could I possibly have you tell me about your memories of your school life, Sogo-san?
【SOGO】: Thanks for all your hard work, manager.
It's a questionnaire, then, got it.
【SOGO】: The thing I remember most is probably going to Europe for our class excursion.
【TSUMUGI】: You went to Europe as a class excursion!?
【SOGO】: Did you go somewhere different, manager?
Our underclassmen went to Australia, so maybe you went there, instead?
【TSUMUGI】: Going abroad for a class excursion, that by itself already seems incredibly gorgeous to me......
【SOGO】: Does it really.
Wait. Then, I'll have you let me change my answer.
What should it be......
【TSUMUGI】: What was the most difficult thing?
【SOGO】: Maybe the support I did for my close friend who founded a company while they were still enrolled in university.
It was still an incredibly beneficial experience, though.
【TSUMUGI】: Sogo-san, at school as well, I'd imagine you were the person everyone admired.
【SOGO】: That's not how it was at all. There were plenty of people who were more popular than me.
【TSUMUGI】: I'd imagine Valentine's Day must have been very difficult for you.
【SOGO】: Aren't girls the ones who have a harder time?
Since they have to hand make such carefully-made sweets that look like the chocolates sold in stores for their friends.
Because of that, as the person receiving them, it made me incredibly happy.
Can I expect the same from you, manager?
【TSUMUGI】: I, if you'd find chocolate from someone like me to be acceptable....!
【SOGO】: Thank you. I'm sure I'll be the happiest I've ever been.
【TSUMUGI】: What was the thing you worked hardest on?
【SOGO】: While keeping it a secret from my family, I played support for a friend's band.
Not having a place to practice guitar made it pretty difficult.
【TSUMUGI】: Sogo-san, at school as well, I'd imagine you were the person everyone admired.

【TSUMUGI】: What was the most troubling thing?
【SOGO】: This is a fairly recent story, but when I tried to quit university in order to enter this office, how my friends tried to hold me back.
It was painful and I felt sorry, but I guess part of me was happy, too.

t/n:
1. I had so much to say about this chat when I unlocked it but it's been a while and all I remember is yelling about how sougo is such a rich kid (in much less nicer terms at the time!) and how sougo ousaka ruined valentine's day
2. the only other time to memory where tsumugi has used the word "gorgeous" was when she talked about how the thought of eating a meal with trigger was far too gorgeous for her to handle. so 'gorgeous' isn't being used to mean, like, "really attractive", but instead it's just.... a generally awe-inspiring thing? a gorgeous idea.
3. when she talks about sougo being admired, it's a word that connotates, like, yearning, longing for, affection. hence why she goes into the valentines day talk!
4. I HATE HOW INSTEAD OF SAYING "I WASN'T POPULAR" SOUGO'S LIKE "there were also people who were more popular than me", like, isn't that all but admitting that you were popular in your own right
and then instead of being like "no I didn't receive that much chocolate" he's literally implying that he had girls (who he thought of as friends) who made him homemade sweets with enough care that they looked store bought
sougo ousaka is my ideal man but I hate everything about him?
5. I was hoping to get to hear more about how sougo did kendo in school but I guess learning that he can play guitar instead kind of makes up for it
