【TENN】: Since I got to remember some stories from long ago, I was happy, too.
【TENN】: If there's anything else you want to ask about regarding the pictures, tell me.
【TSUMUGI】: Th, then in that case would it be alright for me to take you up on that offer....?
Was the park that's frequently depicted in these pictures a neighborhood park?
【TENN】: A park that was inside of the hospital.
【TENN】: Until he went into middle school, Riku had to spend a lot of time hospitalized.
He studied by attending an auxiliary classroom inside of the hospital, too.
【TSUMUGI】: Is that so........ It must have been very difficult...
【TENN】: The one who had a difficult time was Riku, not me.
【TSUMUGI】: Kujo-san, normally you were a very good older brother.
【TENN】: What did you think I was.
【TSUMUGI】: Up until now, I thought that you must have been a much colder person...
Since I'd heard that you threw away your family and left home.......
【TENN】: That would be the truth.
【TSUMUGI】: But, in that case, weren't there perhaps some sort of unavoidable circumstances involved?
You'd been treasuring Riku-san to this extent, after all...
【TENN】: Even if there were, I don't think I'd talk about them to you.
【TSUMUGI】: Please pardon me.... It wasn't my intention to pry.......
However, Riku-san is incredibly concerned over it, so I'd like for you to one day be kind enough to talk about it.
【TENN】: If you'll tell me one of your own secrets then I'll think about it.
【TSUMUGI】: One of my secrets?
【TENN】: Isn't that fair?
【TSUMUGI】: I don't have any secrets!
【TENN】: You're a girl who's old enough so why not just make up a secret or two?
【TENN】: Why is it that I'm having this sort of conversation with you, anyways.
【TSUMUGI】: Isn't it that you felt nostalgic upon seeing the pictures...?
【TENN】: That could be.
【TSUMUGI】: Thank you very much for being kind enough to show such important pictures to someone like me.
While it's something I received because of work, I'm happy because I feel like I was able to share some of your memories, Kujo-san.
【TENN】: Since I got to remember some stories from long ago, I was happy, too.
【TSUMUGI】: Actually....... I failed my provisional driver's license exam three times.
【TENN】: I don't really care.
【TENN】: Why is it that I'm having this sort of conversation with you, anyways.
【TSUMUGI】: Isn't it that you felt nostalgic upon seeing the pictures...?

【TSUMUGI】: I don't like the idea of making it into an exchange!
【TENN】: You're an upright kid, huh. I made an impolite proposition. I'll apologize.
【TENN】: Why is it that I'm having this sort of conversation with you, anyways.

t/n:
1. ten's tone is tricky to translate because there's like... this weird balance to his bluntness? like sometimes he is blunt because he Doesn't Wanna Talk About That, and other times he's blunt because he.... doesn't have the patience/time to mince words, I guess? aside from when he reminisced about the past in the previous chat, though, most of ten's sentences are fairly short and to the point
.......... in japanese. in english it's a bit harder to be as concise as ten is without sounding completely harsh and snappy.
2. I'm not 100% certain on how drivers licenses work in japan but since tsumugi specifies it's her provisional license, I would..... assume that failing it three times takes a special kind of talent
3. he doesn't quite say that he doesn't care about tsumugi's secret, but the general implication of ten's response is that he doesn't really care. basically, like, that's trivial compared to the weight of his schrodinger's secret for what sort of circumstances surrounded his leaving the nanase family
speaking of which I still can't believe that the opportunity ten decided to take to finally tell riku about his circumstances was while they were standing on stage right after the announcements at music fantasia and everyone was cheering for idolish7 and ten was like "riku time to tell you all about my dramatic backstory"
it's like [conveniently timed sound of a train rushing past] only instead it's [conveniently timed sound of yamato pulling riku away to pose with the trophy] and [conveniently timed sound of fans cheering]
can't wait for story #2 to.... keep dangling the secret in front of the reader.................
4. I'm not really sure how to translate 年頃 because it looks like it has a lot of different meanings depending on context but I'm not sure what ten's context is in this case when he talks about tsumugi making up her secrets. it could be like "you're a grown up woman so act like a grownup and make up a few secrets" (ten why is that your idea of a grownup) or like "you're a girl my age (and yet I still refer to you as a child) why don't you act age appropriate and make up a few secrets", or, like..... I don't even know...... I think it's probably meant to be "you're old enough to be sneaky enough to make up a secret or two so why not just go for it?"
5. I'm not saying I have a ten bias but
ten: I was happy
