Since it seemed that if he spat it out, he might fall asleep again.

1. tsumugi refers to nagi's "憂いげな表情" and for the life of me I couldn't figure out what 憂いげな was meant to mean, so I guessed at it and stuck 'melancholic' as the translation. I think the point is that nagi looked gloomy (bc he's heat fatigued) but tsumugi is saying it made him look even more bishounen than usual. thanks tsumugi?
2. he could mean the fans from beyond the camera lens, or he could mean the fans from beyond the monocle on his SSR costume? is this why nagi is reaching out to the camera on his card
3. regarding the third path, it's "大和さんを怒ったことはありますか？" — which I'd read as being "have you ever made yamato-san mad" — but then it's almost identical to the second path (that's "has yamato-san ever gotten mad at you"), and judging from the content of nagi's reply, it sounds like nagi is actually the one getting mad, so I changed it accordingly.
thEN AGAIN given what nagi did I would not be surprised if yamato got mad, too.....
as a side note, I'm not sure if nagi is saying 'appreciate' regarding the kokona episode, or regarding the horrible taste of the Italian Barbecue Salad Flavored Gummy
