I've never been glued that closely to Iori-kun, so it was a bit embarrassing.

2. NG is a phrase that pops up a lot in the i7 academy chats-- it's short for "No Good" iirc, and it basically means just that; no good. in most cases it's used to mean like "that's no good, we can't do that at all" -- tsumugi will often say that she can tell the production side it's NG if one of the guys doesn't want to do something, or that it'll get an NG if it's too risque. so in most cases an NG means that the concept gets completely shelved! in this case, though, I think that iori's NG was moreso him asking for another take (because he kept laughing) and less so asking to completely scrap the entire scene.
3. another note about the same thing, but tsumugi's implication w/ iori's NG is that it's very rare for him to do so. my worry with my current translation is that it doesn't properly establish that iori actually gave out the NG, so I thought about translating it as "Iori-san also gave out an NG for once, too.", but I feel like this one flows better? the japanese is a lot clearer about it but 珍しく is tough to translate into english properly...
4. the word sougo uses is "honor", but I figured reputation would sound more natural... or, as natural as anything can sound, given, the circumstances
5. I.... don't really have anything to say about this.....
