1. after a conversation w/ aomizone on twitter, she pointed out that gaku might have been meaning "praise the people (us) (TRIGGER) too" — since tsumugi had only been praising the stage direction and sfx, basically. hence why tsumugi has 2 options to be like "trigger is cool, too"!
that also explains why gaku's response to "it's because trigger is so kakkoii" is like "u went and said it LOL" (and that makes his underwhelming response of sankyuu to 'gaku-san you're always so cool!!' seem sort of like gaku yaotome done got flustered LOL)
I edited my translation a bit, but 本人 is still awkward to translate so it might... still look a bit strange?
2. gaku says "sankyu" in japanese and while it literally means "thank you", I think it's meant to feel sort of like slang...? I thought about writing "thx" or something but decided to go with "ty" because I am clearly taking this very seriously
