1. the title of this chat is "ドッキリ!? TRIGGER!" -- ドッキリ oftentimes means "hidden camera", or some sort of surprise where the goal is to get a reaction from the target (and usually on film)
2. I think this is the first chat I've translated where the amount of time that passes in between messages crosses over to the next day? I've seen time pass in between messages and dates change during chats (iori and tamaki's 4th birthday chats) but never 2 this extent
3. it's actually kind of lonely that lately these kids have been so busy that their schedules don't usually match up, like that's a detail, in the story, in the most recent update during the firefighter fiasco riku actually commented that it'd been a while since he'd seen sougo in the dorm and I was like oh no
4. sougo: tamaki-kun says he's going to get me back for what I did to him on his birthday (locked him in a dungeon)
sougo: but tamaki-kun is a good person so I don't think anything too terrible is going to happen to me honestly

5. what I wanna know is why is trigger just like, always, in i7's dorm, is it their second home now
6. the sponsor is tamaki, obvs! it's probably not as clear in english but it's tamaki's personal pronoun + general split speech patterns/lack of suffixes!
7. the word that sougo uses to say that gaku is submerged in the bathtub (what the Hell is he doing in a bathtub all I can visualise is that dorito meme) can apparently also mean "well-pickled" or something along those lines, I spent about five minutes losing it over this
