【TSUMUGI】： Yamato-san....... Sogo-san's fallen into depression.......
【YAMATO】： Yeah.
Since he said he'd make my favourite boiled tofu and drink at dinner with me, I beat him to the punch and made Sou's favourite spicy dishes, gave him a warm welcome, and drank him under the table.
【TSUMUGI】： Tamaki-san's fallen into depression, too.......
【YAMATO】： Yeah.
He said he'd give me King's Pudding so I played games with him as thanks, and to celebrate when he beat a tough enemy I gave him King's Pudding.
After he ate it he got mad, saying 'Isn't this the one I gave you'.
【TSUMUGI】： You've also sunk Riku-san and Iori-san.......
Even Nagi-san was angry, saying "Even though he will always resent it, only at the times when I attempt to be kind to him does he attend by Cocona screening parties, and so I was once again unable to rub his shoulders".......
【YAMATO】： (LOL)
【YAMATO】： Everyone's so funny when they try to do services for me (LOL)
So I thought I'd do my best to send them packing (LOL)
【TSUMUGI】： Mitsuki-san told me, "That old fart won't accept kindness unless it's got the force of a high-pressure pushy salesman", but.......
【TSUMUGI】： Why is that? Are you bad with being treated kindly?
【YAMATO】： That's not what it is, though. It's more like I don't wanna let someone else hold the reins.
【TSUMUGI】： When you have someone treat you kindly, does it feel like they're holding the reins?

2. the word tsumugi uses to refer to yamato's actions wrt riku and iori is "to send a ship to the bottom; sinking (a ship)" and I'm just like

3. yamato's line about having fun every day is originally "こんなに楽しい毎日が続いてさ", which literally translates to "that days that are this fun continue" or "that this fun of an every day continues", but that's, really awkward, mostly because I don't think you generally use the literal translation of "楽しい毎日" in english, so I switched it to "I'm having fun every day" but unfortunately that lost one of the nuances in yamato's line because "I'm having fun every day and this is a thing that is continuing" is not something anyone should say, ever
I thought about trying to squish 'yesterday, today, and tomorrow' into his line somehow to give it a similar meaning of "to be continuing to happen" as per yamato's original statement, but unfortunately my translation power is too weak so that kind of got lost in translation.....
4. tsumugi's lines about MAJI HAPPINESS 200% make a bit more sense in japanese because the word for "enough" that yamato uses is 十分, which is like, "10/10 happiness would buy from amazon again" (but not quite literal enough for me to translate yamato's line as "I'm one hundred percent happy" in good conscience), hence why tsumugi's like "u say 100% I say 120%"
5. yamato using 'shall' looks kinda victorian lady of him but *looks @ ichibankuji outfit* Yeah I'm Leaving It
6. yamato saying that he trusted tsumugi + the other members has me [Audible Yell] because what's why saying he past tense trusted his family theN
what's with the 大人組 and their constant attempts to disappear and/or write themselves off actUALLY WHAT'S WITH THIS ENTIRE CAST'S CONSTANT ATTEMPTS TO DISAPPEAR AND/OR WRITE THEMSELVES OFF LITERALLY EVERYONE EXCEPT NAGI HAS DONE THIS AT SOME POINT ACTUALLY NEVER MIND I TAKE THAT BACK NAGI CONSTANTLY WRITES HIMSELF OFF BYE
7. I feel like yamato is one of those characters where a lot of the nuance gets kinda lost in translation when I work with him but idk
