no I didn't do that
Mister Shimooka or Mister Shimoka, since the game's general romanisation style has been to drop long sounds (ryunosuke, sogo, nikaido), but all of those cases have been long sounds as per one character (龍nosuke, 壮go, nikai堂), whereas mr shimooka's name is shimo-oka so it's not really the same situation?
anyways I've put it as Mister Shimoooooooo
3. (I feel like I need to clarify that drawing out the 'o' in mr shimooooooka's name has been a habit of mine pretty much ever since the day I first picked up this game I swear I do it out of endearmENT)

(actually I think that MISTER SHIMOOKA is like the dude's stage name or something so mr. isn't actually being used as any sort of an honorific but I still find it kind of funny)

8. the kinako holding the phone sticker says "通話終了" and the only other place I've seen it is in tamaki's unit chats but Anyways basically it means "call ended" and it gets used once a character has hung up the phone, basically? so in this case the spam of phone kinako stickers from iori means that the call keeps not going through, I'm guessing!
9. iori is pretty kakkoii in japanese but I'm worried he'll just sound like a dweeb in english because \('_,)/
anyways there is like not a single shred of keigo in his threats so I'm just like dang boy
what he actually says is "I'll make you feel more regrets than death", but I don't think that's a very common threat in english, so I changed it from regrets to fate
10. today's dilemma of the day: how do I make it sound like yamato when I only have like six words to work with

I think I talked about this a bit during tamaki's birthday chats too but let me Take a Moment to be emotional about it here because I'm going to be emotional about the same thing
basically the fact that they kept iori's birthday within the idolish7 fam is making me very emotional because setting aside whether or not they had more people who were close with iori that they could have called to his birthday party, I think that keeping it with just the seven of them ft. tsumugi is keeping the party on a scale that iori would feel comfortable with? I have lost my eloquence in the war but basically [cries loudly]
I mean ok you could argue that iori (or tamaki) didn't have the Huge Crowd Of Friends To Invite that mitsuki did (his birthday party was kind of a fiasco) in the first place, but I think that just like gathering such a huge group of people to celebrate mitsuki's birthday ([yamato voice] whose sake are all of these people gathered in this damn cramped living room for) was an important way of displaying how loved mitsuki was, keeping it small and contained is an equally important way of displaying how loved iori is?
