【TSUMUGI】： Mitsuki-san, thank you very much for the planning for the WEB programme!

If the ratings are good I'd like to make it into a regular segment!

【TSUMUGI】： In addition, in order to spread excitement about the performance at SummerFes, I'm thinking of posting comments from all of the members on the website.
【TSUMUGI】： On that note, would it be alright if I had you answer a simple survey?
【MITSUKI】： Right now? Sure thing!
【TSUMUGI】： What does singing mean to you, Mitsuki-san?
【MITSUKI】： That I didn't give up!
【MITSUKI】： I'm not exactly good at singing the way Riku is, and my appearance isn't exactly that good-looking, and I was a poor student who flunked auditions left and right but

【MITSUKI】： That even if you keep losing, even if your heart seems like it's about to snap, as long as you don't give up and keep going, your dreams'll definitely come true!

【MITSUKI】： I'm grateful to the president who first called out to me, and to you, manager, for not failing me at the audition, and the members who've run together with me!

【TSUMUGI】： I've become a working adult, and failed, and fallen into depression countless times.
【TSUMUGI】： That's why, being able to face forward without giving up, and just how much courage and resolve is required for that— it's only in my own way, but I've come to understand it.

1. ok, alright, I'm wheezing because of this entire chat and that's a given, but!! I only just now put together that tsumugi was the first person who did not fail mitsuki from an audition and I am kind of screaming, very loudly, helo
2. I get really upset when mitsuki slips into self-loathing mode again but I get Even More Upset when he subtly implies that he's never actually had people support him in the way that he does now
3. at the end of this chat mitsuki says he is 最高に幸せ, which is just "incredibly happy", but during mitsuki's birthday chats he uses the same turn of phrase and on that instance I translated it as "happiest man on earth" because 気に入った, so I figured I'd go with a similar translation here for ~*Symmetry*~
