【TSUMUGI】： In order to spread excitement about the performance at SummerFes, I'd like to post comments from all of the members on the website.
【TSUMUGI】： On that note, would it be alright if I had you answer a simple survey?
【YAMATO】： Go ahead
【TSUMUGI】： Thank you very much!
【TSUMUGI】： What does singing mean to you, Yamato-san?
【YAMATO】： Gee———ez! That's a deep question!
【YAMATO】： I don't think there's anyone out there who honestly hates singing.
【YAMATO】： Even for people who are tone deaf, it's just that they don't want to embarrass themselves, so they still think that singing in a loud voice feels good.
【YAMATO】： I'm the same.
【YAMATO】： I didn't have anything like hopes and dreams like Mitsu or Riku, but once I tried singing, it felt good and so I'd started liking it.
【YAMATO】： Honestly, I'd been kind of looking down on idols.
【YAMATO】： People I knew from long ago would definitely say "What happened to you!?" to me.
【TSUMUGI】： Is that so!?
【YAMATO】： Yep, yep. Now, though, I'm embarrassed for who I used to be.
【YAMATO】： Even though I didn't know anything I'd laugh, and put on airs, and look lightly.
【YAMATO】： I didn't think it was this rigorous and wonderful a world.
【YAMATO】： What about you, manager? Have you liked idols for a long time?
【TSUMUGI】： I loved them. Because my father's work was what it was.
【YAMATO】： Aah. You understood how incredible stars were, then.
【YAMATO】： Right now, I think this work is interesting.
【YAMATO】： Being loved by people I've never met, and being hated.
【YAMATO】： There's times when I think it's a pain, but I don't have any regrets.

4. [yamato voice] it's a wonderful world (the word he uses is suteki and I'm like Whoa There Yamato)
5. tsumugi's line about energy in the third dialogue path is kind of tough for me to translate, but I think the basic implication she's getting at is this belief that being popular means that those people have this 'different energy', and so that's something to be respected? like, in order to become popular, a person has to be a naturally extraordinary person, and she thinks that's incredible? basically
6. this is one of those weird chats where tsumugi's dialogue paths almost contradict each other tho

7. OH yamato originally says 'mitsu & riku' and 'dreams & hopes', but in english it's almost always 'hopes and dreams' so I switched it around like that, BUT I think it's potentially worth noting that in japanese yamato originally meant it respectively, so for dreams to correspond to mitsuki and hopes to correspond to riku
since dreams fits more with mitsuki and hopes fits more with riku, but that meaning got kind of lost when I switched dreams and hopes around.....
