3. okay so I haven't actually read all of the christmas chats that I have (and I only have half of them) (ONLY), all I remember from yamato's is that he's either kris kringle or ebenezer scrooge, possibly both. so I'm not sure who the three weirdos are in this case, or really anything else about this drama's plot, so I will.... get back to y'all on that
4. when gaku talks about his guitar playing he's basically saying that the extent to which he could play the guitar should have been impressive, considering the fact that he was an amateur who probably didn't practice frantically for the opportunity to play live for tsumugi and/or anyone else who happened to be at the studio also named tsumugi takanashi
5. apparently I never actually read this chat that carefully because I got hit with the bowling ball called Emotional Over Tamaki Yotsuba at the third dialogue path, it's pretty well-established that tamaki is Really Bad With Fighting And/Or Emotional Turmoil, and he never really knows how to react to it even if it's for a drama (his and riku's i7a chats address this a bit!), [sougo voice] tamaki-kun if you could just read the script
(a lot of it happens because he doesn't read the script and so when people start fighting he gets really agitated because where did this sudden conflict come FROM)

7. why must we make sougo collapse from overwork, I know he looks frail, but that's not verY nice
8. ok a bit of a translation nuance here that I might be reading wrongly into (shoves aside gaku's jealousy) (shoves aside iori's valentine first chapter), but tsumugi specifically tosses in an "アイドルとして" when she refers to iori's behaviour, and (tbh I'm not sure why this is the case since they have sougo.... doing manager work for mezzo....., so......) I think it's probably on purpose because way back when iori first offers to help out with the management, he's like "this might be taboo for an idol to offer, but let me Help You", and it's treated as something that primarily has to be covered up because it's a Taboo Thing (altho there are also a bunch of other reasons to try to keep s/t like that a secret) For An Idol To Be A Manager, so in this case tsumugi is specifically framing iori as helping 'as an idol', to try to keep some of the suspicion off of him, I guess?

(in one of his outdoor fes chats iirc yamato flat out says "if I don't wear glasses I look like a criminal"), what the makeup of yamato's face has to do with teaching him to play guitar is
