【YAMATO】: Is that a personal question? Or an interview for a magazine?
【TSUMUGI】: Ummm.... It's multi-purpose!
【TSUMUGI】: Yamato-san, thank you for all of your hard work.
You're off for the remainder of the afternoon. Please take your time and rest!
【YAMATO】: Right, thank you
【TSUMUGI】: How do you spend your time off, Yamato-san?
【YAMATO】: Is that a personal question? Or an interview for a magazine?
【TSUMUGI】: Ummm.... It's multi-purpose!
【YAMATO】: I can accept that LOL
【YAMATO】: I relax in my room or at the park, and take it ea—sy. What sort of vacations do you like, manager?
【TSUMUGI】: How do I spend my time off? Let me think....
【TSUMUGI】: I also enjoy taking it easy
【YAMATO】: Oh. We get along
【YAMATO】:
【YAMATO】: I know that you're working hard for our sakes, but if you collapse, manager, there's no point.
【YAMATO】: Don't push yourself. On your days off, you have to rest properly—.
【YAMATO】: It's a promise, okay.
【YAMATO】: Manager, were you free during the afternoon?
【TSUMUGI】: That's correct. I have a bit of free time today.
【YAMATO】: If you'd like, I'm waiting at the park so come on over. Let's gaze at pigeons and have a date.
【TSUMUGI】: I....... Is this, another one of your usual jokes?
【YAMATO】: I'm serious.
【TSUMUGI】: I want to go out and play energetically
【YAMATO】: That's youth, huh. You want to play when you're in your prime, after all.
That sounds just like our energetic manager.
【YAMATO】: I know that you're working hard for our sakes, but if you collapse, manager, there's no point.

【TSUMUGI】: I take care of work that's been building up
【YAMATO】: Hey.
That's no good, you have to rest.

t/n:
1. where yamato says "I can accept that", I'm.... actually not sure what the right translation is, because either he's saying a negative form, or he's using a masculine sentence ending particle. so either he's saying "don't use 'multi-purpose'" or he's saying "multi-purpose works well". seeing as he went on to answer tsumugi's question, I'm inclined to guess that it's the latter.......
2. yamato's habit of referring to himself as "onii-san" has emerged in this chat, and I'm.... still not sure how I should properly translate it. when he says "it's a promise", though, he's saying "it's a promise with onii-chan", so he's totally pulling the age card on tsumugi at that point.
3. romantic. I think yamato wins the award of, like, chronologically being the first one to invite tsumugi on a date? iirc they all invite her out at some point during their ordinary days card, but usually it's not until the fourth chapter. yamato is going for the gold I guess. anyways I thought long and hard about how best to translate "let's gaze at pigeons" and tbh
4. tbh the ordinary days chapters are.... a lot simpler, content-wise LOL. it feels weird not having as much to say about this but really.... there isn't much going on.
the ordinary days card stories are all really cute, though....
5. OH when yamato says "is that a personal question" — he means moreso, is tsumugi asking because she wants to know. I mean obviously it's a "personal question" because she's asking about a personal thing about yamato. a more accurate translation is probably 'is that an individualistic question' but that's too long of a word tbh
【TSUMUGI】: Ummm.... It's multi-purpose!
