this is so ridiculous
I'm translating a chat about painted nails while waiting for my nails to dry so I can go to sleep
2. [sougo voice] my nails are saying they can't breathe

this doesn't come across so well in english but the comment momo offered was very mitsuki-esque because it used a very informal quoting particle (つってる) so the image of tsumugi guessing sougo or iori (who both have never in any of my memory used that particle) is Very
3. I can't believe that sougo being bad at turning people down has finally saved him and worked out in his favour, but why is it that when he tries to politely turn down momo in the main story momo's just like Yo I'm Your Senpai and he fails
4. ok but how did momo get mitsuki to agree. is this mitsuki's 天才突っ込み at work again
5. I do wanna point out that the word momo quotes nagi as using is 磨く, which means "to polish/brush/refine", etc., so in this case nagi is going a step further on the quality spectrum I think! hence why momo's like Lol What's This Guy On
6. momo stretches out the kaomoji once but then the second time he uses it suddenly it is compact
What does it MEAN
7. ok so in some instances tsumugi and momo are saying 'ネイル' and in others they're saying '爪', so I've translated neiru as 'nail art' and tsume as 'nails' for consistency bUt it's a very arbitrary distinction on my part

10. momo uses the term モブ (lit. "mob"), but it's like??? generally the term used for like, generic faceless characters in anime, so momo using the term is both incredibly real and incredibly fake and it is giving me a Headache
also please consider: we didn't even know re:vale's names until the trg novel prequel was released and even then the information wasn't wide spread or necessarily Official
11. momo is talking about like superhero stuff in here but on riku's original profile it says He Likes Hero Things so just
take a moment to think about the stuff momo is saying, and then apply it both to riku's individual character arc and the effect he has on the people around him

this doesn't come across so well in english but the comment momo offered was very mitsuki-esque because it used a very informal quoting particle (つってる) so the image of tsumugi guessing sougo or iori (who both have never in any of my memory used that particle) is Very
3. I can't believe that sougo being bad at turning people down has finally saved him and worked out in his favour, but why is it that when he tries to politely turn down momo in the main story momo's just like Yo I'm Your Senpai and he fails
4. ok but how did momo get mitsuki to agree. is this mitsuki's 天才突っ込み at work again
5. I do wanna point out that the word momo quotes nagi as using is 磨く, which means "to polish/brush/refine", etc., so in this case nagi is going a step further on the quality spectrum I think! hence why momo's like Lol What's This Guy On

7. ok so in some instances tsumugi and momo are saying 'ネイル' and in others they're saying '爪', so I've translated neiru as 'nail art' and tsume as 'nails' for consistency bUt it's a very arbitrary distinction on my part

10. momo uses the term モブ (lit. "mob"), but it's like??? generally the term used for like, generic faceless characters in anime, so momo using the term is both incredibly real and incredibly fake and it is giving me a Headache
also please consider: we didn't even know re:vale's names until the trg novel prequel was released and even then the information wasn't wide spread or necessarily Official
11. momo is talking about like superhero stuff in here but on riku's original profile it says He Likes Hero Things so just
take a moment to think about the stuff momo is saying, and then apply it both to riku's individual character arc and the effect he has on the people around him
