3. hinamatsuri is a japanese holiday that happens on march 3rd (mitsuki's birthday), and I know next to nothing about it but I'm going to take a moment to inform you all that the wikipedia page says it was based out of a holiday where they'd send hina dolls made out of straw on boats down rivers in hopes that they would "supposedly take troubles or bad spirits with them", and if we associate that with mitsuki's moodmaker personality, I get emotional

HUFF PUFFS) goes "ore da" "mitsuki-san desu yo ne ＞＜" "mitsuki-san da", so tsumugi uses a more polite form of the copula whereas mitsuki duplicates his ore/mitsuki-san [da], so I tried to create a similar effect by inserting 'you' into tsumugi's line!
